2. Product Customization & Ordering
  • We specialize in fresh baked goods, custom birthday/wedding cakes, and pastries.
  • Because our products are handmade, minor variations in final design, color tones, and icing details may occur compared to reference pictures provided by customers.
  • Custom cake orders should ideally be placed 24 to 48 hours in advance to guarantee raw material availability and design preparation.
3. Pricing & Payments
  • All pricing is listed in Nepalese Rupees (NPR).
  • For large custom cakes, party orders, or catering services, an advance deposit (up to 50%) may be required to secure the order.
  • We accept cash, mobile banking transfers, and major digital wallets (such as eSewa or Khalti). Final payment must be cleared at the time of pickup or delivery.
4. Cancellation & Refund Policy
  • Cancellations for custom orders must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled pickup time. Deposits may be non-refundable if materials or custom toppers have already been prepared.
  • Because our baked goods are highly perishable food items, refunds or replacements are only issued if a major error or product defect is verified by our team at the time of handover.
5. Transport & Product Care
  • Once an order leaves our premises on Nawalpur - Malangwa Road in good condition, Aasish General Stores / Celebration Bakery is no longer liable for any transit damage caused by improper handling.
  • Fresh cream cakes and dairy-based pastries must be stored in a refrigerator immediately upon receipt to ensure food safety and maintain freshness.
6. Allergen Notice
  • Our bakery products contain common allergens such as wheat (gluten), dairy, eggs, and nuts. It is the customer's responsibility to notify our staff of any severe food allergies before finalizing an order.
7. Changes to Terms
  • Management reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time to comply with local trade laws or update operational policies.
